Three parts to the equation
The Health Equation comprises three professional teams, liaising and exchanging relevant information where necessary. Naturally, we are all regulated by our respective regulatory bodies and follow strict professional ethical codes. Each team member carries professional indemnity/medical malpractice insurance.

Here at The Health Equation, exercise strategies are initiated on a one-to-one basis.

Georgie graduated from St Mary’s College, University of Surrey with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation in 2008. She has worked with a variety of sports players from local clubs to professional athletes, predominantly rugby and gymnastics. After spending some time assisting a physiotherapist in Australia, she was inspired by the Pilates she saw and has undertaken a course with the Pilates Foundation to become an instructor, which she now incorporates into her rehabilitation programmes.
Georgie specialises in musculoskeletal management, exercise rehabilitation, (including pre and post operative rehabilitation and fitness. Her specific interests focus on injury prevention techniques, where she identifies weaknesses in posture and lifestyle and then seeks to improve these via a combination of corrective exercise training, manual therapy techniques and functional education. Her clients range from the desk-bound office worker through to elite athletes, with the aim of helping individuals reach their specific goals with personal training and exercise prescription.
Georgie’s appointment diary is available Thursday afternoons. When appropriate patients also have the option for an individually designed exercise program with digital photos for an additional fee of £50.

£75 for a 60min consultation
