Complex Clinical Problems

New Patient Diagnostic Consultation (60 mins) – £375

All new patients attending the London Clinic are required to book a New Patient Diagnostic Consultation with Gerry. Many of his patients have previously seen several clinicians and present with complex or unresolved clinical problems.

The consultation includes:

• A comprehensive case history and full clinical examination, including appropriate systems assessment such as neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular examination.

• Capnometry and Heart Rate Variability assessment when clinically indicated.

• A written diagnostic report outlining the evaluation findings, Gerry’s diagnostic opinion, and recommendations for further investigations and management/treatment.

Depending on the complexity of the case, there may or may not be time for treatment during this initial session. Experience shows that dedicating sufficient time during the diagnostic consultation to listen carefully, conduct an adequate clinical examination, and accurately understand the underlying causes of the patient’s problems results in far more targeted and effective treatment and management.

Follow-Up Osteopathic Manual Treatment (OMT)

• Extended Consultation/Treatment (60 mins) – £300
  Recommended for returning patients who have not visited for several years or who present with a new clinical problem.

• Standard Consultation/Treatment (45 mins) – £245
  For ongoing care, management, and treatment of existing patients.

For patients presenting with simple or discrete musculoskeletal (MSK) issues, we offer a shorter 45-minute consultation.

This appointment includes a focused case history and examination tailored to the specific problem.

• Reduced cost compared with the full Diagnostic Consultation

• Does not include a written report

Follow-Up Osteopathic Manual Treatment (OMT)

• Extended Consultation/Treatment (60 mins) – £210
  Recommended for returning patients with a new or complex problem, or those who have not attended for several years.

• Standard Consultation/Treatment (45 mins) – £170
  For ongoing osteopathic care and management.

Clinical Care Packages – OMT & Breathing Re-Education

Available with a 6-month time limit from date of purchase:

  (Pricing depends on length and complexity. Patients attending a New Patient Diagnostic Consultation receive a full written report within 2 working days at no additional cost.)

Functional Blood Analysis

• Report only – £95
  (Based on blood tests you have already completed; fee does not include the test itself, complementary on GAJ 1 and GAJ  2 blood tests for THE London Members)

Diagnostic Investigations

Imaging (X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound, CT)

• Imaging fees – POA
  (Paid directly to the imaging centre, usually Oryon Imaging on Wimpole Street, London. All imaging includes a radiologist’s report.)

• Imaging administration fee – £65
  (Covers request paperwork, review of images, and Gerry’s clinical report with follow-up comments.)

Self-Collection Tests (TDL)

• Kits are sent directly to patients; most can be completed at home.

• Samples are couriered to Genova Diagnostics.

• Some tests (e.g., NutrEval, IgG, IgE profiles) require blood samples, which can be taken during a consultation.
