Postgraduate Workshop and Lecture

Mr Gerry Gajadharsingh DO will be teaching at OSD Berlin, presenting a two-day practical workshop followed by a lecture as part of its Movement & Sport programme.

The programme will explore the integration of breathing physiology, capnometry and heart-rate variability (HRV)with osteopathic assessment and treatment, examining how respiratory and autonomic regulation can influence movement, performance, recovery and musculoskeletal function.
