Online Booking

For convenience, you can use our online booking system to reserve appointments in real time directly into Gerry’s diary for both our London and Marlborough practices.

New patients: Most new patients should book a 60-minute Diagnostic Consultation, particularly where health concerns are complex, persistent or unresolved. A shorter New Patient Musculoskeletal Consultation is also available at our Marlborough clinic for patients with a discrete musculoskeletal problem.

Existing patients: Most follow-up appointments can be booked directly online. Please select the appointment type that best reflects the time and clinical care you require.

Payment: New patients are required to pay the full consultation fee in advance to confirm their appointment. Existing patients normally pay at the time of their consultation or service.

Cancellations and changes: We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, or where a patient does not attend, may be charged at the full consultation fee.
