The Health Equation London Annual Membership
Continuity of care, priority access and valuable membership benefits
The Health Equation Annual Membership is designed for established patients who value continuity of care and anticipate requiring ongoing clinical support during the year.
Led by Mr Gerry Gajadharsingh DO, Osteopath and Diagnostic Consultant in Integrated Medicine, with nearly 40 years in clinical practice, membership provides access to personalised care, priority support and preferential fees across a range of services at our London practice.
Annual membership is available to registered London patients following an initial Diagnostic Consultation.
Annual membership fee: £550
This includes two standard 45-minute consultations, currently worth £490, together with a range of additional benefits throughout the 12-month membership period.
Is Membership Right for You?
Membership may be particularly valuable if you:

- Have a persistent, recurrent or complex health problem that benefits from ongoing review

Membership is intended to support an ongoing clinical partnership. It does not replace appropriate care from your GP, medical consultant or other healthcare professionals.

Your membership remains valid for 12 months from the date it begins.
Two Standard Consultations Included
Your membership includes two standard consultations of up to 45 minutes, which may be used at any time during your 12-month membership period.
These consultations can be used to:
- Review an existing or recurrent clinical problem
- Assess new symptoms or changes in your health
- Provide osteopathic treatment where clinically appropriate
- Review diagnostic test or imaging results
- Monitor progress and adjust your clinical management plan
- Support preventative and longer-term health strategies
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or by emailing the practice. When booking online, please select London Member Standard Consultation – 45 minutes.
Preferential Fees for Ongoing Consultations
Once you have used your two included consultations, you may book further standard 45-minute consultations as often as clinically appropriate during your membership year.
Members receive £50 off the published London fee for each additional standard consultation.
With the current standard London consultation fee of £245, the membership fee is £195 per subsequent consultation.
This benefit supports continuity of care while allowing the frequency of appointments to remain flexible and responsive to your individual clinical needs.
Urgent Clinical Support
Membership includes two urgent 15-minute telephone or video consultations during the 12-month membership period.
These brief consultations provide an opportunity to discuss an unexpected clinical problem, receive initial advice and determine the most appropriate next step. Where possible, we aim to arrange urgent telephone or video support on the same working day.
If an urgent problem requires an in-person assessment, members are given priority and we aim to offer an appointment within Gerry’s next two London working days.
Urgent consultations are not an emergency medical service. If you experience severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening symptoms, you should contact your GP, NHS 111 or the emergency services, as appropriate.
5% Off a Private Health Screen
Members receive an additional 5% discount on The Health Equation Private Health Screen.
Our comprehensive health screen combines medical history, clinical examination, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, diagnostic testing and an integrated evaluation of the factors influencing your present and future health.
Rather than considering individual results in isolation, findings are interpreted within the wider context of your health, lifestyle, clinical history and the Integrated Regulatory Systems Framework.
5% Off Metabolic Balance® Nutritional Programmes
Members receive an additional 5% discount on any of our Metabolic Balance® Nutritional Programmes.
Metabolic Balance is a structured and personalised nutritional programme based upon your clinical history, body measurements and individual blood-test results. It is designed to support metabolic health, weight management and sustainable dietary change.
Different levels of support are available, allowing the programme to be matched to your health needs, previous experience and desired degree of clinical guidance.
5% Off Blood Profiles
Members receive 5% off blood profiles provided through The Doctors Laboratory (TDL), one of the UK’s leading private pathology laboratories.
Blood testing may range from routine haematology and biochemistry to more targeted investigation of thyroid function, blood glucose regulation, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, nutritional status, hormones and other clinically relevant markers.
Tests are selected according to your clinical history and individual requirements rather than routinely requesting unnecessary investigations. Results can then be interpreted within the wider context of your symptoms, examination findings and overall health.
When a blood sample is taken during a consultation at The Health Equation, no additional phlebotomy fee is charged.
Complimentary Access to The Health Equation: A Way of Life
Members receive complimentary access to Gerry’s interactive iBook, The Health Equation: A Way of Life.
The book explores many of the principles that underpin The Health Equation’s approach to health, including nutrition, movement, breathing, stress regulation and sustainable lifestyle change.
Members with an iPhone, iPad or Mac can access the interactive Apple Books edition, which includes embedded video content. A PDF edition is available for members without an Apple device, with the accompanying videos accessible through The Health Equation YouTube channel.
An Ongoing Clinical Partnership
Membership reflects The Health Equation’s core values of Caring, Partnership and Excellence.
It provides greater continuity between appointments and allows your care to develop over time. Recommendations can be reviewed, clinical progress monitored and your management plan adapted as your health, circumstances and priorities change.
Where appropriate, this may also include communication with your GP, medical consultant or other healthcare professionals—with your consent—to support coordinated and clinically responsible care.
