Gerry Gajadharsingh’s iBook ‘The Health equation – A Way of Life’ is now available from iTunes. With thanks to Davide Ongaro for filming and editing 10 HD videos included in the iBook.
The aim of the book is to share the knowledge used at The Health Equation on a daily basis to help the reader make sense of how the body and mind work together. The book also explains current nutritional concepts and explains why changing how we eat coupled with other changes in function can ultimately lead to better health.
