We’re delighted to announce that Gerry Gajadharsingh’s iBook, The Health Equation – A Way of Life, is now available on Apple iBooks.

Modern life offers many opportunities, but it also presents unique challenges—particularly around nutrition. With so much information (and misinformation) about which foods are beneficial or harmful, it can be difficult for both patients and clinicians to navigate.

Why This Book Was Created

Our initial goal was to create a video-based eBook demonstrating how to prepare and cook delicious, nutritious mealsrooted in solid scientific principles. Each recipe video is supported by text explaining the underlying nutritional concepts and why this approach promotes health and well-being.

As the book evolved, we incorporated additional strategies that have proven successful in supporting thousands of patients at The Health Equation, including breathing techniques, lifestyle strategies, and functional medicine insights.
